Join us inside the courtroom, to support one of our comrades on trial.

Our comrade is being dragged in front of court because she is being accused of assaulting and injuring a cop, resisting arrest, and freeing arrested comrades in a demonstration in summer 2024—which was one of the demonstrations in which police violence escalated to the point of rescue helicopters taking a protester to the hospital and ambulances making stops on the street to treat injured protesters.

Our comrade was pushed to the ground with cops hovering over her, trying to push themselves on her.

Now more than two years later, the cops are taking her to court to cover up their state-funded and state-encouraged violence.

German courts, cops, and all institutions have as their goal the crushing and criminalizing of any Palestine solidarity and making sure that Germany can go on with its full material and ideological support of the Zionist-U.S. genocide.

We will not leave the streets, because we—unlike you—are on the right side of history.

*تُحال* رفيقتنا إلى المحكمة بتهم عدّة: الاعتداء على شرطي وإصابته، ومقاومة الاعتقال، ومحاولة تحرير رفاقٍ لها اعتُقلوا خلال مظاهرة في صيف 2024. وكانت تلك المظاهرة واحدة من المظاهرات الأكثر عنفًا، حيث تصاعد عنف الشرطة فيها إلى حد استدعاء مروحيات الإنقاذ لنقل أحد المتظاهرين إلى المستشفى، فيما اضطرت سيارات الإسعاف إلى التوقف في الشارع لمعالجة المتظاهرين المصابين عدّة مرات.

دفعت الشرطة رفيقتنا إلى الأرض، بينما كان عناصر الشرطة يحومون حولها ويحاولون الانقضاض عليها.

والآن، وبعد أكثر من عامين، تحيلها الشرطة إلى المحكمة في محاولة للتغطية على العنف الذي تمارسه الدولة بتمويلها وتحريضها ضد المتظاهرين.

تهدف المحاكم والشرطة الألمانية، وجميع مؤسسات الدولة، إلى سحق وتجريم أي تضامن مع فلسطين، وضمان استمرار ألمانيا في تقديم دعمها المادي والأيديولوجي الكامل للإبادة الجماعية الصهيونية المدعومة من الولايات المتحدة.

لن نترك الشوارع، لأننا، وعلى خلافكم أنتم، نقف في الجانب الصحيح من التاريخ.
